Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Assessing and improving the customer’s digital journey by discovering areas of friction and troubleshooting and responding to all website issues.
· Responsible of smooth functioning and constant upgradation of brand Website with support from allied digital medium/agency.
· Frequent interaction with web development/support team to resolve website issues and developing strategies to increase conversions
· Enhancement of features/services offered in the website according to ongoing business requirements
· Monitoring competitor website upgrades.
· Analyzing & regular reporting as required on the website traffic & key parameters including booking patterns, booking conversion and make data-driven decisions to optimize your conversion rate.
· Monitoring and reporting of competitors in social media’s/online platform, to ensure brands actions are appropriate, targeted and effective.
· Identifying and proposing to implement/upgrade to the latest trends & industry best practices of technology relating to online customer experience within the industry
· Research audience preferences and discover current trends & implementation to maximize
Rental and non- rental revenue through website (up-selling and cross-selling in website)
Short term rentals/lease enquiries through website
· Ensure strategies are executed effectively to meet business objectives. Propose, create and maintain marketing calendar for such execution.
· Drive tactical campaigns across all digital channels including social media, email, whatsapp, etc to maximize leads, brand awareness and responses.
· Manage and monitor the Google Ads and search engine optimization performance of marketing agency
· Analysis and identification of top searched keywords related to car rental
· Responsible for maintaining and updating on page SEO to improve website organic users
· Monitoring and improving google reviews/rating to increase website traffic
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Preparing brands online marketing budget in line with department head and ensure that these activities go ahead without any gaps.
· Regular reporting as required to management detailing marketing/website performance.
· Working closely with pricing and business team, identify and act on opportunities to optimize website, testing results and reporting performance changes.
· Liaising with stakeholders, vendors & developers.
The role holder will undertake any other task or responsibilities as required and/or delegated in order to meet business needs as this role will be ever - evolving.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience in the Automotive / Travel Industry.
Experience managing digital marketing agencies and driving campaigns.
Experience with B2C marketing, Google AdWords, Optimal usage of Google Analytics, social media, whatsapp and email campaigns.
Experience with customer engagement platforms like MoEngage or WebEngage.
