Roles & Responsibilities
About The Role:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead digital campaigns for our film productions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across platforms to build our audience, drive engagement, and support the success of each film release in both local and international markets, with a strong focus on the MENA region.
Key Responsibilties:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies for trailers, posters, teasers, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Analyze audience behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Create engaging, platform-specific content in both Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with the PR, design, and production teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage social media accounts and grow organic follower base.
- Develop and monitor ad budgets, performance reports, and conversion tracking.
- Engage with online communities, fan pages, influencers, and press on digital platforms.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and entertainment to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate online campaign rollouts for film premieres, trailers, and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the film, entertainment, or media sector.
- Strong understanding of digital campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics.
- Experience with paid social campaigns, SEO/SEM, and video marketing.
- High proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent communication and content writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Bonus: experience with influencer marketing or MENA-based digital ecosystems.
