Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive is responsible for planning and executing strategies to attract potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and converting prospects into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Designer: You will give them "briefs" (creative ideas) for ads and posts.

  • The Sales Person: You will hand over "ready-to-book" leads to them and get feedback on lead quality.

  • Management/Ops: You will align on which trips we need to push based on season and availability.

*1. Campaign Strategy (Inbound & Outbound)*

  • The Plan: Create a monthly calendar for "Inbound" (Foreigners coming to Hunza, Skardu, Sindh) and "Outbound" (Pakistanis going to Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Saudi).

  • The Creative: Tell our Designer exactly what videos/images we need to stop the scroll on TikTok and Instagram.

  • The Execution: Set up and manage paid ads on Meta (FB/IG) and TikTok. You aren't just boosting posts; you are building "Click-to-WhatsApp" and Lead Form funnels.

*2. Lead Sorting & "The Bridge"*

  • The Filter: You are the first point of contact. You will use WhatsApp/DMs to quickly filter out "window shoppers" from serious travellers.

  • The Hand-off: Once you confirm a lead has the budget, dates, and intent, you pass their profile to the Sales person to finalise the booking.

  • The Automation: Set up quick replies and basic automation to ensure no inquiry goes unanswered for more than 10 minutes.

*3. Tracking the Wins*

  • Monitor which ads are actually resulting in sales, not just "likes."

  • Report weekly on: How much we spent vs. how many qualified leads we generated.

  • Analyse why people aren't booking (Is the price too high? Is the visa an issue?) and adjust the marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ads Expert: Youve managed budgets on Meta and TikTok and know how to read the data.

  • The "Travel Vibe": You understand what makes someone want to book a trip (FOMO, trust, beautiful visuals).

  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, or WhatsApp Business tools.

  • Communication: You can write persuasive, clear English and Urdu.
