Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CAROFI s annual marketing plan aligned with business and sales goals.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and buyer persona analyses.
  • Oversee brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and monitor demand generation to sales.
  • Own marketing KPIs reporting and analytics activities.
  • Manage relationships with external commercial partners (e.g., Marketing Agency, Influencers, Commercial Partners, etc.).
  • Own, review and manage all content marketing related activities: calendars, creatives, and social media campaigns.
  • Lead website optimization and gather client testimonials for marketing use.br>

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Strategic marketing planning.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Analytics.
  • Performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Brand and creative direction with strong content supervision skills.
  • Agency/vendor/partner management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Job Specifications Category Requirements Education Bachelor s in Marketing, Business, or Communication. Marketing certification is a plus.
