Roles & Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals, to enhance brand visibility, engagement and community growth across relevant social platforms

  • Creating monthly social media calendars and analysis reports
  • Create compelling content, including articles, videos, infographics, and interactive media, to share across digital channels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize website performance, usability, and search engine visibility.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the organization's website, ensuring it reflects brand identity, delivers a seamless user experience, and drives conversions.
  • Managing external agencies related to Digital function (Digital or media agencies, Content creation, shooting Etc).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • +5 years experience in social media Digital Marketing
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in various digital marketing channels and platforms, including website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
