Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role combines strategic planning, campaign management, analytics, content coordination, and team/vendor leadership to drive qualified traffic, leads, conversions, revenue growth, and brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 6–10+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on campaign management.

  • 2+ years leading projects, teams, agencies, or cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success managing performance marketing budgets and delivering measurable growth.
