Roles & Responsibilities

1. Digital Channels Management

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google.

- Maintain a structured content calendar with regular posting.

- Monitor engagement performance and optimize content.

2. Content Creation & Production

- Produce visual and written content (photos, videos, case studies).

- Coordinate on-site photo/video shoots.

- Ensure brand consistency across digital assets.

3. Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution

- Manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Optimize targeting, budgets, and ad creatives.

- Provide structured performance reports.

4. Website & SEO Management

- Oversee development and updates of the company website.

- Apply SEO best practices.

- Track website traffic via Google Analytics.

5. Lead Management & Conversion

- Build and maintain a lead tracking system.

- Coordinate with sales to ensure follow-up on leads.

- Analyze lead sources and conversion trends.

6. Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.

- Provide data-driven insights.

- Recommend corrective actions.

Technical Skills:

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
