Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the club's overall objectives, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the club s online presence, including the official website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing metrics to gain insights into customer behavior and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience and promotes club events and initiatives.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to maximize website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to ensure budgets are effectively utilized.
  • Use data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Staying updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the club remains competitive.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners involved in the digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project coordination.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to propose innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
