Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.

Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Supervise creative production, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and present regular reports to senior management.

Conduct ongoing competitor analysis across websites, digital platforms, campaigns, and product offerings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure ROI on all digital initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Identify and evaluate new digital tools, platforms, and partnership opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital channels and communications.

Drive continuous improvement by testing new strategies, analyzing results, and refining approaches based on data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong, hands-on experience in the Saudi market is a must, with deep understanding of local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends, and regulations.

Proven experience in e-commerce marketing is mandatory, with a strong track record in driving online sales and conversions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
