Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive student enrollment.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academic, admissions, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and international organizations to expand reach and impact.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality digital content tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and reflect the values and mission of ProLeaders.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managerial roles.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management, and email marketing solutions.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
