Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of its digital marketing strategy to do:

  • Design and manage the digital marketing department, including the marketing strategies, database, emails, campaigns, and display advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, ROAS and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing solutions.
  • Plan and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and create insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media experts to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Oversee and manage all digital contests, giveaways, and other projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum age 35.
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • Strong creativity and analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Solid management skills to lead a team.
