Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead B.TECH s digital strategy and execution. You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate B.TECH s digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand strategy.
- Manage implementation of integrated digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, display, e-commerce).
- Oversee customer experience (CX) strategy to design seamless and personalized customer journeys.
- Lead analytics and performance measurement to track, analyze, and optimize traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new digital applications, products, and services.
- Manage digital marketing budget, campaigns, and ROI tracking.
- Drive talent development and build a strong digital team culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree (Marketing preferred, postgraduate studies a plus).
- 8 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Proven ability to deliver traffic growth, sales targets, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
