Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the company.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify digital growth opportunities.
  • Prepare annual digital marketing plans and ensure alignment with the approved budget.

2. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Manage online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
  • Coordinate with the creative and design teams to develop campaign materials.

3. Digital Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media and the company s website.
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and marketing messages.
  • Optimize content in alignment with SEO best practices.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports to monitor performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.

5. Digital Presence Management:

  • Oversee website updates and ensure an optimized user experience (UX/UI).
  • Monitor online customer reviews and manage the company s digital reputation.
  • Supervise email marketing activities and automated campaigns.

6. Team & Partner Management:

  • Lead the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies and digital service providers.

Ensure close coordination with sales, design, and content teams.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Strong expertise in SEO and SEM.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in content marketing and copywriting.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Marketing team, Operation, Design team, IT department.
  • External: Advertising agencies, digital platforms, marketing partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in same position.
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, analytics tools, and performance optimization.
