Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the company.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify digital growth opportunities.
- Prepare annual digital marketing plans and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
2. Digital Campaign Management:
- Manage online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
- Coordinate with the creative and design teams to develop campaign materials.
3. Digital Content Management:
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media and the company s website.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and marketing messages.
- Optimize content in alignment with SEO best practices.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports to monitor performance.
- Analyze campaign results and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
5. Digital Presence Management:
- Oversee website updates and ensure an optimized user experience (UX/UI).
- Monitor online customer reviews and manage the company s digital reputation.
- Supervise email marketing activities and automated campaigns.
6. Team & Partner Management:
- Lead the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies and digital service providers.
Ensure close coordination with sales, design, and content teams.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Strong expertise in SEO and SEM.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in content marketing and copywriting.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Marketing team, Operation, Design team, IT department.
- External: Advertising agencies, digital platforms, marketing partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in same position.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, analytics tools, and performance optimization.
