Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media ads.
Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Manage the company s online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics and marketing automation tools throughout the team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation systems.
