Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Digital Marketing Specialist 1. Strategy & Planning Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities. Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI. 2. Campaign Management Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.). Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic. Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows. Create targeted campaigns for specific audience segments. 3. Content & Creative Direction Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce engaging content. Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform. Develop content calendars for blogs, social media, and video platforms. 4. Analytics & Optimization Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance. Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and email campaigns. Generate regular reports with actionable insights. 5. Social Media & Community Management Oversee brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions. 6. Marketing Technology & Tools Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, AI integrations, and automation platforms. Manage CRM systems, remarketing tools, and customer journey tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) 3–8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns Prior experience in team leadership or project management preferred Core Competencies & Skills Strategic & Analytical Strong understanding of marketing strategy, positioning, and brand management Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and buyer personas Campaign & Channel Management Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content) Experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies Knowledge of offline marketing (events, partnerships, print) is a plus Tools & Technology Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) Strong working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM reports) Comfortable managing budgets and ROI tracking Leadership & Collaboration Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate internal teams or external agencies Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
