Job Profile : Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)
Location : Dubai Media city, UAE
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (GST) Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (GST) Job Summary *
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) with strong hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing high-budget digital advertising campaigns in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation for service-based industries, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive measurable ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
1) Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
2) Manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI, CPL, and conversion performance
3) Drive high-quality lead generation for service-based businesses in the UAE market Implement advanced audience targeting, retargeting strategies, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
4) Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
5) Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
6) Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Multiple certifications in Paid Digital Media such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Advertising, etc. (Mandatory)
2) 6–7 years of overall experience in Paid Digital Media
3) Minimum 1- 2 years of recent work experience in Dubai
4) Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization
5) Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with prior experience in the following industries in Dubai will be preferred
