Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and scale our acquisition engine for One Rent in Dubai. Your core focus is Google Ads and SEO, everything else is secondary. Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance Google Ads campaigns with a strict focus on ROI, lead quality, and conversion rate. Analyze campaign data daily and adjust aggressively based on performance. No waiting, no guesswork. Own the SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword targeting, on-page improvements, technical fixes, and link-building that actually moves rankings. Identify growth opportunities, outperform competitors, and ensure One Rent dominates the search results in Dubai.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–7 years of proven experience running Google Ads with measurable results, not theory. Solid SEO background with clear examples of traffic growth and ranking improvements. Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics strongly preferred. Experience in car rental, mobility, or e-commerce is a strong advantage. Able to work fast, think analytically, and take full ownership of performance.
