About the Role
We are looking for a driven and crea,ve Digital Marke,ng Specialist to execute and manage digital
campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role plays
a key part in shaping the company’s online presence through performance marke,ng, content strategy,
and data-led decision making. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in digital tools, understands the
evolving digital landscape, and has hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, content, and CRM
plaHorms.
Key Responsibili2es
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and op,mize paid digital campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other key digital channels to meet
KPIs including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• SEO & Web Op2miza2on: Support on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword
research, and collaborate with developers/designers to improve website performance, speed,
and search rankings.
• Analy2cs & Repor2ng: Track, analyse, and report on digital performance using tools like
Google Analy,cs, Meta Business Suite, and campaign dashboards. Recommend op,miza,ons
based on insights and trends.
• Email Marke2ng & CRM: Design, segment, and deploy email and SMS campaigns via plaHorms
such as Mailchimp, Mailerlite, or Ac,ve Campaign to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Graphic Design Support: Create or brief visually compelling assets (ads, social posts, banners,
email crea,ves) using Canva or Adobe Suite in line with brand guidelines.
• Conversion Funnel Op2miza2on: Iden,fy gaps in the digital sales funnel, run A/B tests, and
op,mize landing pages and CTAs for be`er lead genera,on and user experience.
• Market & Compe2tor Research: Stay on top of digital marke,ng trends, plaHorm changes,
and compe,tor strategies to ensure campaigns are cuPng-edge and effec,ve.
• Collabora2on & Coordina2on: Work cross-func,onally with sales, crea,ve, and web teams to
ensure alignment on digital strategy and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marke,ng, Communica,ons, or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marke,ng, preferably in B2C, real estate, or ecommerce
sectors
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and digital campaign management
• Experience with email plaHorms (e.g. Mailchimp, Mailerlite) and CRM systems
• Familiarity with Google Analy,cs, Google Search Console, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong content crea,on and copywri,ng abili,es
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Crea,ve Suite
• Highly organized with strong ,me management and a`en,on to detail
• Analy,cal thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
