Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with university goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and search rankings.
- Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and digital platforms.
- Manage social media presence to grow engagement and followers.
- Drive targeted email marketing and automation campaigns.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and optimize campaign ROI.
- Manage influencer collaborations and video marketing projects.
- Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members to achieve goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in the same managerial position overseeing strategy, analytics, and content.
- Proven record of managing paid campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong command of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Previous experience in an educational institution or university marketing environment.
