Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with university goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website traffic and search rankings.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and digital platforms.
  • Manage social media presence to grow engagement and followers.
  • Drive targeted email marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and video marketing projects.
  • Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members to achieve goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in the same managerial position overseeing strategy, analytics, and content.
  • Proven record of managing paid campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong command of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an educational institution or university marketing environment.
