Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute the full digital marketing and lead generation function for GBS across the Saudi Arabia and GCC markets — entirely from a remote base in Calicut, India. This role is the single-point digital engine that connects GBS's 20-year brand heritage as a Cisco Gold, Huawei Gold, and Dell Platinum partner to high-quality, measurable enterprise pipeline.

This is a revenue-connected marketing leadership role with four equally critical outputs:

  • Qualified enterprise leads (MQLs) delivered to the GBS Bitrix24 CRM pipeline

  • Vendor co-marketing coordination — co-branded campaigns executed with Cisco, Huawei, Dell, and Microsoft OEM partners

  • GBS digital brand authority built as Saudi Arabia's go-to IT transformation partner across LinkedIn, Facebook, and web

  • A live, dynamic website that reflects GBS's activity, events, seasonal moments, and thought leadership at all times

Working model: This position is hybrid — primarily work-from-home with regular in-office sessions at the GBS Calicut office. No travel to Saudi Arabia is required or expected. All in-person Saudi events (GITEX, LEAP, customer roundtables) are attended and executed by the GBS Saudi sales team. The Digital Marketing Manager plans, briefs, supplies content, and measures ROI for those activities remotely

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of B2B digital marketing in the ICT, System Integration, or Managed Services sector

  • Demonstrable ABM campaign experience targeting enterprise accounts in GCC or Middle East

  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign or equivalent) — workflow building, lead scoring, CRM integration

  • Exceptional written English — executive thought leadership, solution narratives, and press releases independently

  • GCC/Saudi market experience — professional communication norms, decision-making cycles, and media landscape

  • Arabic language proficiency (written) or bilingual content management experience

  • Familiarity with Saudi regulatory context: NCA cybersecurity mandates, Vision 2030 digital agenda, PDPL

  • Experience with Bitrix24 CRM or comparable platform — lead source tracking and marketing-to-sales integration

  • Video content strategy — briefing and overseeing short-form B2B video production

  • PR and media relations — placing press releases with GCC/MENA technology media

  • Experience coordinating partner or vendor co-events (online and offline)

  • Proven experience producing B2B case studies and customer success content


This role is hybrid and permanent — primarily remote (work from home) with regular in-office sessions at the GBS Calicut office as required. No travel to Saudi Arabia is required or expected. The Digital Marketing Manager operates as a core member of the GBS growth function, reporting to the Director of Growth & Strategy in Al Khobar.

  • Working hours: 8 hours/day, Sunday–Thursday. Primarily work-from-home with regular in-office sessions at GBS Calicut office. Core overlap with KSA (GMT+3): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST.

  • Reporting rhythm: Weekly 1:1 with Director of Growth & Strategy. Monthly full marketing review. Quarterly OKR review.

  • Field marketing: All in-person events are attended by the GBS KSA sales team. This role provides planning, content, briefing packs, and post-event follow-up — entirely remotely.

  • Budget authority: Campaign budgets (paid ads, tools, agencies) approved by CEO. MDF claims submitted remotely via OEM portals.

  • Tools & access: Microsoft Teams, Bitrix24, GBS SharePoint (brand assets, case studies, technical content), and all OEM vendor portals.
