Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Manage campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising (SEO/SEM), and other digital platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to improve campaigns and ROI/ROAS.

Collaborate with creative, stakeholders, and operations teams to maintain cohesive messaging.

Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance campaigns.

Report on campaign results and present actionable recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing initiatives, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or agencies.

Strong expertise in social media management, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.

Proven track record of planning and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
