Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing). Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate closely with sales and creative departments to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven campaigns. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement. 2. Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing communication, campaign performance, and strategic direction. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies. Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and insights in a clear and professional manner. 3. Performance Marketing (SEM) Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and Display networks. Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, keyword research, and analytics-driven adjustments. Monitor conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and overall ad performance. 4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for improved organic visibility. Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are followed. 5. Social Media Management Develop and oversee content strategy for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Create, schedule, and analyze social media content and engagement. Guide designers and content creators in developing high-impact visuals and messaging. Manage paid social campaigns and optimize targeting and budgets. 6. Content & Creative Direction Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to produce compelling visuals, videos, and written content. Provide creative direction for brand identity, advertising materials, and promotional assets. Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s tone, message, and values. 7. Analytics & Reporting Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and social media insights to track performance. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (expert-level). Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy. Ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and build a collaborative work environment. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics / Search Console Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (optional but preferred) CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
