Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Louzan Group’s brand and business goals.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, display, paid search (PPC), SEO, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending to ensure maximum ROI.
• Coordinate seasonal and product launch campaigns to support sales objectives and brand growth.
Social Media & Content Management
• Oversee content strategy for all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality visual presentation. • Collaborate with the creative and influencer teams to produce engaging social media content.
• Monitor social media trends and audience insights to enhance engagement and follower growth.
E-Commerce & Website Management
• Work closely with the e-commerce and IT teams to optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.
• Analyze online customer behavior and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure website content, product listings, and visuals are up to date and aligned with brand standards.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs and ROI.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data to track campaign success and customer insights.
• Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for management review.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve excellence in campaign execution and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal departments (PR, Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce) for integrated marketing efforts.
• Liaise with external digital agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts and influencer collaborations for luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and e-commerce dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills. • Fluent in English & Arabic.
