Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, brand development, and business operations in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to take ownership of digital performance while contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities

� Digital & Multimedia (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Create engaging content (photo, video, reels, campaigns)

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns

  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns

  • Maintain brand identity across all channels

  • Contribute to brand growth and customer acquisition strategies

� Business & Operational Support (Secondary Scope)

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Assist in managing marketing-related projects

  • Support leadership with coordination, reporting, and execution follow-ups

  • Assist in operational coordination and communication tasks as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in social media management and content creation

  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable working closely with management

  • Nice to Have:

    • Experience in UAE market

    • Photography / videography skills

    • Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
