Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage daily performance marketing activities and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Track conversion funnels and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve scale and profitability
  • Manage tracking tools, pixels, and conversion events.
  • Support SEO and retargeting strategies to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor performance campaigns and industry benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

  • Certifications in Performance Marketing, PPC, Analytics, or Growth Marketing are a strong plus
  • 4 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and driving ROI-positive campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or app performance marketing
  • FMCG, retail, fintech, healthcare, or consumer brand experience preferred
