Roles & Responsibilities

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي. إدارة حسابات الأكاديمية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. ابتكار محتوى إبداعي (نصوص – صور – فيديوهات). إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الممولة وتحليل النتائج. متابعة اتجاهات السوق وتحسين الحملات التسويقية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الأكاديمية.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Manage the Academy's accounts across all social media platforms. Innovate and create engaging content (text, images, and videos). Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including comprehensive results analysis. Monitor market trends and continuously refine marketing campaigns in line with the Academy's goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الرقمي وإدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي. يفضل خبرة في مجال التدريب والتطوير. إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. مهارات قوية في إعداد المحتوى وإدارة الحملات. إبداع، تواصل ممتاز، وقدرة على التحليل.

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media account management. Experience in the Training and Development sector is preferred. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required, along with proficiency in English. Strong skills in content creation and campaign management. Creativity, excellent communication, and strong analytical ability.
