We are looking for a Digital Marketing / Social Media Specialist to manage the technical and performance side of our social media accounts. This role focuses on setting up accounts, posting content correctly, running ads, and tracking results. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X). • Schedule and publish posts using management tools. • Ensure posts are uploaded in the correct format and at the right time. • Monitor account health and fix basic technical issues. Ads & Promotion • Set up and manage paid ads on social media platforms. • Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets and targeting. • Ensure ads follow platform rules and get approved. • Support campaigns focused on reach, traffic, or leads. Performance Tracking • Track basic performance such as reach, engagement, clicks, and results. • Check which posts and ads perform best. • Prepare simple performance reports. • Use data to improve future posts and ads. Tools & Setup • Manage business accounts and access permissions. • Make sure tracking tools are working correctly. • Coordinate with the website or marketing team when needed.
