About the role: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling content across digital platforms, managing effective media buying campaigns, implementing social media strategies, executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for optimization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and achieving key performance indicators through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Media Buying:

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on performance data and analytics.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and schedule regular posts, monitor social media channels, and respond to user engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
