Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Needed Skills for an e-marketing specialist:
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Possess the ability to work with teams in a productive manner.
  • Have a strong command of the written word.
  • Have a complete understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them.
  • Have an understanding of analytics, conversion rates, click-through ratios and other marketing metrics.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Have the capability to provide innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • An individual who can create and maintain marketing campaigns intended to reach an online demographic.
  • Take full responsibility of a campaign, from concept design and scheduling to ongoing implementation and performance tracking, or only a specific task related to the marketing initiative, such as scheduling social media posts or designing mass communication copy etc.
