Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
Manage the content calendar, coordinating content creation and scheduling across channels to ensure timely and aligned marketing efforts.
Content creation for all channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, BTL materials, and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and a conversion-focused approach.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, and segmentation.
Lead and manage ABM strategies, creating personalized content, developing campaigns, and targeting high-value accounts to support the sales team.
Oversee and update website content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging, supports user engagement, and is optimized for conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other channels, ensuring they align with business goals.
Support lead nurturing strategies by creating targeted content at each stage of the customer journey.
Plan and manage marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline content delivery, track engagement, and enhance lead generation efforts.
Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels and materials and in alignment with the company s identity and tone.
Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on content creation, email campaigns, and B2B strategiesbr> Experience in the B2B technology industry.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Proficiency in WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends, Meta Manager, and content management systems.
Strong UX awareness to optimize content for engagement and conversions.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content formatting and optimization.
Familiarity with CMS best practices and managing content workflows.
