Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play an essential role in building brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring the company s services reach the target audience effectively. Your contributions will directly support lead generation, performance optimization, and informed marketing decision-making.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Write clean, engaging, and professional marketing copy for social media and search engines
- Monitor daily marketing activities, including campaign performance, budget spend, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline marketing processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
- Participate in strategy reviews and contribute to the growth of the company s digital footprint
- Maintain organized and up-to-date marketing records in accordance with company policies and professional standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret marketing data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict campaign deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in an on-site environment in Cairo
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
