Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Overseeing and managing the company's social media pages on Facebook, and LinkedIn to ensure engaging content aligned with brand standards.

  • Platform Strategy Support: Assisting in executing social media strategies that align with various marketing objectives, in coordination with the Social Media Strategist.
  • Content Moderation: Monitoring comments and interactions on social media platforms, ensuring community guidelines are followed and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Campaign Development: Designing and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • SEO Audits & Recommendations: Conducting comprehensive SEO audits of websites and providing actionable recommendations to improve site visibility and performance on search engines.
  • SEO Implementation: Leading and implementing SEO strategies, continuously optimizing website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Campaign Analysis & Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing all SEO and SEM efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Age Requirement: Candidates should be between 24 - 30 years old.
  • Being an excellent user of at least one social media platform is a must [ Facebook, Youtube, google Business profile ]
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English for clear, effective communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules and communications efficiently.
