Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, company website, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the planning and execution of digital events, webinars, and online promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
