Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid
digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Manage and grow MASAJ s social
    media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Develop content strategies
    together with the Content and Design team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and
    deliver actionable insights (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Drive SEO/SEM initiatives in
    collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
    and automations (newsletters, promotions).
  • Collaborate with the wider team
    to identify new digital opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Track and report on KPIs to
    support business growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Stay current on digital marketing
    trends and contribute ideas to the team.


    • Requirements
    • 3 5 years of proven experience in
      digital marketing roles.
    • Experience running performance
      marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
    • Strong skills in social media
      marketing and content strategy.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and
      email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
    • Proficient in Google Analytics,
      Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
    • Excellent written English; Arabic
      is a plus.
    • A strong team player ability to
      collaborate with remote colleagues across functions.
    • Creative mindset with attention
      to detail.
    • Self-starter comfortable working
      in a remote team environment.
