Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Industry: Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and property portals

Generate and optimize real estate leads (sales & leasing)

Manage social media accounts and paid ads

Create and optimize content for websites, landing pages, and listings

Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI

Coordinate with sales team to improve lead conversion

Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns



Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2–4 years of digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools

Experience with CRM and lead management systems

Strong communication and analytical skills
