� About the Role: We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts focused on lead generation. You will be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across WhatsApp (via Gupshup), Email, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands how to create and scale multi-channel digital marketing strategies. � Key Responsibilities: WhatsApp Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp campaigns using the Gupshup platform. Segment audience lists and personalize messaging to improve open and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and A/B test messaging formats. Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel. Manage mailing lists, ensure deliverability, and improve open/click rates. Use automation tools and track performance analytics. Google Ads: Plan, create, and manage lead-generation campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing). Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and manage bidding strategies. Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and make data-driven adjustments. Facebook Ads: Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation and retargeting. Develop audience segmentation and creative strategies to improve ROI. Monitor performance and test different creatives and formats. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on campaign performance across all platforms. Analyze lead quality, cost per acquisition, and ROI. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance campaign results. � Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation digital campaigns. Hands-on experience with Gupshup WhatsApp Marketing. Proficient in Email Marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar). Strong command of Google Ads & Facebook Ads platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to read data and adjust strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
