Responsibilities:

-Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, email) to maximize ROI, monitor performance, and make strategic adjustments.

-Content Creation & Management: Develop and oversee engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) aligned with the brand's voice and collaborate with the creative team on visuals.

-SEO & Website Management: Implement strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and optimize for conversions while maintaining a user-friendly site.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the company s social media presence, develop plans to increase followers and engagement, and foster customer relationships through prompt responses.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, monitor key metrics, and optimize campaign performance.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies, and provide insights to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on larger campaigns and events.
• Support in developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of lead generation strategies and online consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market (preferred but not required).
