Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns

• Generate and improve lead quality

• Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROI)

• Manage social media platforms

• Coordinate with sales team

• Support and coordinate marketing events

• Work with vendors and internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Experience in a Real Estate Developer company (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Kommo is a plus)

• Understanding of UAE real estate market

• Strong analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience in Dubai real estate

• Experience with property launches

• Vendor management experience
