Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a monthly content plan for social media platforms aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Be fully aware of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Create and craft creative content (texts, images, videos, designs) tailored for each platform.
  • Manage the company s official accounts on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Interact with the audience and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and posts using analytics tools and provide periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and production teams to ensure message consistency.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and incorporate them into the strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in social media content management
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative writing skills and content formulation ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team and achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.
