Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization

    • Pull and analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and suggest adjustments to optimize performance.

    • Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and conversions.

  • Website Management & Content Updates

    • Manage and update website content using WordPress or Webflow, ensuring that the content is aligned with the brand s messaging and goals.

    • Ensure that website performance is optimized for speed, functionality, and SEO best practices.

    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Email Marketing & HubSpot Management

    • Execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot s marketing automation tools.

    • Build and edit landing pages in HubSpot, creating engaging, conversion-optimized pages.

    • Edit and manage HubSpot workflows, ensuring smooth campaign execution and lead nurturing processes.

    • Assist with CRM tasks, including data entry, segmentation, and campaign management.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

    • Work closely with product teams, creative content teams, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

    • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company s broader goals.

  • Technical Proficiency & Process Improvement

    • Leverage technical tools and platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) to ensure the efficient management and execution of marketing tasks.

    • Continuously assess and improve processes to streamline marketing efforts and enhance team productivity.

    • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, website management, and data analysis.

  • Strong technical proficiency in WordPress or Webflow for website content management.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building landing pages, email campaigns, and workflows.

  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise messaging.
