Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct market and audience research to define targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Specialist (minimum 3 years).
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital trends is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
