Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across email, social media, websites, and other online channels to boost visibility and engagement.

Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations to enhance results.

Develop high-quality content, including compelling stories and visuals, tailored to resonate with diverse target audiences and drive action.

Partner with communications and program staff to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Cultivate strong connections with online audiences through consistent updates and personalized digital communication strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector, with a strong handle on strategy, content, and analytics

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e-mail marketing, social media platforms, CMS)

Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data to inform strategy.

A genuine passion for the mission and a drive to create positive social impact.
