Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all digital marketing initiatives to support user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility. This role plays a key part in driving traffic, increasing app installs and orders, and ensuring the online presence of the food and grocery delivery platform is strong, competitive, and consistent with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels including Google Ads, Meta platforms, TikTok, and other relevant networks.

Oversee app install campaigns and user acquisition funnels while monitoring cost-per-install (CPI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and in-app dashboards.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-performing visuals and messaging.

Optimize campaigns regularly through A/B testing, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative iterations.

Manage and grow social media channels by coordinating content calendars, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.

Work with the product and CRM teams to launch retention and re-engagement campaigns, including push notifications, SMS, and email marketing.

Stay current on digital trends, competitor activities, and new platform features relevant to food delivery and app-based businesses.

Support promotional calendar planning and execution, including seasonal campaigns, discount offers, BOGO, and partner collaborations.



Required Qualifications and Skills:


Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a tech, e-commerce, or app-based company (preferably food delivery or FMCG sector).

Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

Familiarity with mobile app marketing, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and in-app campaign strategies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and reporting dashboards.

Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.



Optional/Preferred Skills:

Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate programs.

Basic understanding of SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization).

Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
