Job Description
Business Alliance announces a job opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist for an advertising company in Ramallah, Palestine.

Job objective:

Contribute to planning and implementing digital marketing plans across various digital platforms (social media, Google, email, websites) to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and achieve sales goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing plans to achieve company goals.

Managing the company’s pages and accounts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).

Create and schedule content (images, videos, texts) and monitor audience engagement.

Managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others, analyzing their results and improving performance.

 Improve SEO/SEM and analyze performance with Google Analytics.

 Preparing and implementing email marketing campaigns.

Keeping track of the latest trends in digital marketing and providing recommendations for improving performance.

Preparing periodic reports on digital performance and measuring key success indicators (KPIs).



Requirements
Job requirements:
Proven practical experience in managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google.

Deep knowledge of SEO and SEM.

Mastering ad campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager.

High skills in writing marketing content and drafting advertisements.

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Preferred additional skills:
Experience in motion graphics or montage.

Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop and Canva.

Ability to manage small teams or handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Years of experience:
At least three years of practical experience in the field of digital marketing.


Academic qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
