Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Oversee SEO/SEM and website performance
Plan and manage social media strategies
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance patient engagement and retention
Create automated marketing journeys and lead nurturing workflows
Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in healthcare marketing campaigns
Knowledge of patient acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong ROI focus
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in the healthcare industry
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (patient lifecycle management preferred)
Experience with marketing automation tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
