About Dubai Data :

Dubai Data is an AI-powered market intelligence platform delivering real-time insights and structured indices across the MENA region. We empower individual users and investors with data-driven tools to track market trends, analyze performance, and make smarter financial decisions.

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive consumer growth, user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across digital channels.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, data platforms, or mobile/web apps.

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, SEO/ASO, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong understanding of consumer growth marketing, funnel optimization, app/web user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Experience building and scaling D2C (direct-to-consumer) growth programs.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, and marketing automation tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights.

  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CMS platforms.

  • Experience with AI tools, growth experimentation, and performance creatives is a strong plus.

  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are an advantage.

  • Arabic Fluency is a Must.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute a consumer-first digital marketing strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, email, influencer, and emerging channels.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for web and mobile platforms to maximize installs, sign-ups, and subscriptions.

  • Own the full growth funnel from awareness to activation, retention, and monetization.

  • Lead content marketing efforts including blogs, social content, videos, email campaigns, landing pages, and website optimization.

  • Build and scale social media strategy to grow community engagement and brand trust.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to improve onboarding flows, UX, and in-app engagement.

  • Manage email, push notifications, and automation workflows to improve retention and lifetime value.

  • Drive brand consistency and reputation management across all digital channels.

  • Stay ahead of consumer growth trends, AI tools, and martech innovations to improve acquisition and engagement.

  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and growth plans to senior management.
