Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand growth and performance.
- Oversee digital channel performance and ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and customer journey.
- Drive data-based decision-making by analyzing insights, trends, and campaign performance to continuously improve ROI.
- Supervise and develop the digital marketing team, ensuring capability building and high performance.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into effective digital marketing strategies and execution plans
- Manage digital marketing budgets strategically, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify innovation opportunities, emerging platforms, and new digital approaches to support business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
4 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing execution and optimization
- Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, social media, SEO, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM integration
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
