Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other relevant channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal ROI and meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging aligned with the foundation s mission and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the most relevant demographics for each campaign.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Negotiate with media vendors and platforms to secure advantageous rates and placements.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with ethical standards and organizational values, particularly in sensitive community contexts.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management to inform broader marketing and outreach strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or paid media management.

  • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical advertising and sensitivity to community-focused messaging.
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
