Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, and programmatic networks.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, ensuring maximum ROI.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and refine campaign strategies.

Negotiate rates, placements, and contracts with media vendors and platforms to ensure cost-effective buys.

Monitor daily campaign budgets, adjust bids, and allocate resources to achieve campaign objectives.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital media buying.

Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and brand guidelines.

Support the marketing team in developing integrated media plans that align with overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in digital media buying or a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic tools.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with media planning and budget management.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
