Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product presentation across website, mobile, and digital channels
  • Plan and execute online merchandising strategies, promotions, and campaigns
  • Optimize product listings, categories, and navigation for conversion and usability
  • Monitor product performance and customer behavior using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, content, and design teams
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory visibility
  • Support seasonal launches, promotions, and sales events
  • Maintain brand standards across all digital merchandising assets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and onsite search optimization
  • Knowledge of personalization and recommendation tools
  • Familiarity with merchandising KPIs
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
